    Hi, I'm Capt. Richard Phippin.  I am a U.S. Coast Guard OUPV Captain ( 6 pack ) and Md. licensed fishing guide, and licensed commerical crabber.  I have been fishing and crabbing my whole life on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.  I had been guiding family and friends fishing in that time when the opportunity presented itself for me to obtain my Capt. License and Md. guide license. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in northern Talbot County and access the Bay from several different ports.  I bottom fish, troll, live line, and do light tackle. My favorite is the light tackle and chasing breakers in the fall run.  When fishing with me I will do my best to make sure everyone has a memorable experience and hopefully catch fish too.
